I Was Emailed From Your Fraud Department Asking For My ID and Card Used. Why Was This?

In this current time, fraudulent activity has increased tremendously and we have taking the extra steps to protect you as a KCH Doll and us as a company. If your shipping and billing addresses do not match we will request that you provide us a copy of your ID and the card used to purchase the order.
